Untriggered is a self-guided tool for working through triggers β whether they arise with another person, or with a situation, object, or event. It uses an approach inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS).
It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, have a significant trauma history, or feel unsafe, please consider working with a therapist before or alongside using this tool.
If anything that comes up during the process feels overwhelming, you can pause or stop at any time.
